Reseller Installation Guide

Before installation

• Confirm the product model and variant.
• Confirm the intended mounting location, ventilation and cable routing.
• Confirm mains/PSU requirements.
• Confirm network availability where Ethernet/IP control is required.
• Confirm LED strip/channel/current/power requirements for LED products.

Installation principles

• Follow the product-specific manual first.
• Keep low-voltage and mains wiring separated according to normal electrical practice.
• Avoid mechanical strain on connectors.
• Provide ventilation around enclosed or rackmounted products.
• Label cables and product locations for later support.

Handover to customer

• Demonstrate normal operation.
• Explain what the customer may safely do and what should be left to the reseller/installer.
• Provide the relevant product manual links.
• Record model/serial/installation details for support.
