Scope¶
This manual covers the Control Bridge product family and its public reseller/end-user installation and use information.
Product role¶
Control Processor family bridge product for broader I/O such as IR, RS-232, relays, triggers or other control interfaces, depending on model.

Installation overview¶
- Read the general safety and regulatory information first.
- Mount/place the product with adequate ventilation.
- Connect power only after all low-voltage/product wiring is checked.
- Connect network/control/audio/video/LED wiring as applicable.
- Power on and verify status indicators.
- Complete configuration in the relevant ArtiLED interface.
Connections¶
Document public connector names, safe wiring notes, and installer-facing limits here. Do not include internal PCB/build-only wiring unless it is required for installation.

Maintenance¶
- Keep ventilation openings free.
- Clean only with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Do not open the enclosure unless explicitly instructed by ArtiLED or a qualified installer.
- Disconnect power before inspection or service.
Troubleshooting¶
| Symptom | Possible cause | Action |

| Product does not power on | No power / PSU disconnected | Check mains outlet, PSU, fuse/protection and power connector. |
| Product is not reachable | Network or configuration issue | Check Ethernet/network, DHCP/static IP settings and switch port. |
| Unexpected behavior | Configuration or firmware mismatch | Restart safely, check product status, contact reseller/ArtiLED if persistent. |
