Installation overview

  1. Read the general safety and regulatory information first.
  2. Mount/place the product with adequate ventilation.
  3. Connect power only after all low-voltage/product wiring is checked.
  4. Connect network/control/audio/video/LED wiring as applicable.
  5. Power on and verify status indicators.
  6. Complete configuration in the relevant ArtiLED interface.

Connections

Document public connector names, safe wiring notes, and installer-facing limits here. Do not include internal PCB/build-only wiring unless it is required for installation.

First setup

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Symptom Possible cause Action
Product does not power on No power / PSU disconnected Check mains outlet, PSU, fuse/protection and power connector.
Product is not reachable Network or configuration issue Check Ethernet/network, DHCP/static IP settings and switch port.
Unexpected behavior Configuration or firmware mismatch Restart safely, check product status, contact reseller/ArtiLED if persistent.
